Founded on a belief that
design changes lives
Doon Architects & Constructions was born from a singular conviction: that Uttarakhand deserved architecture both globally sophisticated and deeply rooted in its remarkable landscape.
Founded by Ar. Shruti Jakhmola Pandey, the practice began with a commitment to design excellence that has never wavered. What started as a small studio in Dehradun has grown into a multidisciplinary practice spanning architecture, interiors, construction, and engineering.
Over 850 projects later — residences, commercial developments, institutional campuses, government facilities — we remain guided by the same principles: integrity, intelligence, and respect for the people who inhabit our spaces.
To define the
architectural identity
of the Himalayas.
We envision a built landscape in Uttarakhand that honours its extraordinary natural heritage while embracing contemporary architecture — creating places that feel both timeless and urgently alive.
To deliver exceptional design
with uncompromising
integrity.
We provide clients with services of the highest order — combining creative ambition with technical precision, transparent process, and a relentless commitment to quality at every scale.
The principles that
guide everything
Design Integrity
Every line drawn carries responsibility. We never compromise the design intent for shortcuts.
Contextual Intelligence
Architecture must respond to its place — climate, culture, topography, and community.
Technical Precision
Beauty and engineering are inseparable. We hold both to the highest standard.
Sustainable Practice
We design for tomorrow — integrating passive systems, local materials, and long-term ecological thinking.
